<summary>First release of continually updated version at http://www.ismbook.com/ (a.k.a. the long-awaited version 4.0). This release incorporates a complete re-write of the content (including many new terms and inclusion of terms that are not purely philosophical) as well as a complete re-working of the XML structure, HTML formatting, and stylesheets. Many more terms still need to be added (especially outside of philosophy), but this will now happen on an ongoing basis rather than in official but infrequently-updated versions. (psa)</summary>
